This guide shows you how to connect and use your Apple Watch to track your workouts in the Marchon app. Following these steps allows you to monitor live stats, navigate exercises, and log your progress directly from your wrist for a seamless training experience. You will need your iPhone and a paired Apple Watch with the Marchon app installed.
On your iPhone, open the Watch app. Scroll down to the Installed on Apple Watch section and ensure the Marchon app is listed. Tap on it and verify that the Show App on Apple Watch toggle is enabled.

Open the Marchon app on your iPhone and start your desired workout session by tapping the play button.

Once the workout is active on your phone, press the Digital Crown on your Apple Watch to view your apps. Tap the Marchon app icon to open it.

The app will automatically detect the active session and prompt you to Start workout?. Tap Start to begin. If your workout includes running, you will be asked to choose between Running Indoor or Running Outdoor.

Your watch will display different views. The main screen shows your live heart rate and calories. Swipe right to see the current exercise. From here, you can start timers or log your sets. To finish the session, swipe left and tap End.

As you complete each exercise, tap Start, Done, or Skip on the watch screen to advance to the next step. For distance-based activities like running or rowing, your watch will automatically track your progress and advance when the target is met.
