This guide shows you how to save your workout on your Garmin watch after you've finished all your exercises. Saving the activity allows you to view a summary of your performance directly on your watch. You will need to have a workout in progress on your connected Garmin watch.
After completing the final exercise in your workout, a menu will appear on your watch screen.
Using the watch buttons or touchscreen, scroll to and select the Save option.

Your watch will display a "Saving" screen followed by an "Activity Saved" confirmation message.

Once saved, you can immediately review a summary of your workout, including metrics like Heart Rate, Training Status, and Total Calories.

Saving the workout on your Garmin watch stores the data on the device itself. However, this action does not automatically mark the workout as complete within the mobile app. You must still open the app on your phone to log the workout and track it against your training plan.

This process records your performance data, such as heart rate and duration, and makes it available for immediate review on your watch screen.
