This guide shows you how to connect your Garmin account and send workouts directly to your watch. Following workouts on your Garmin device allows for hands-free guidance and precise tracking of your runs, heart rate, and performance. You will need the Marchon Training app, the Garmin Connect app, and your Garmin watch.
In the Marchon Training app, tap the Account tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Connections section and tap Garmin.

Tap the Connect button.

You will be taken to the Garmin Connect app or website. Follow the prompts and tap Agree to authorize the connection.

After being redirected back to the Marchon Training app, the status will update to Connected.

Navigate to the workout you want to complete and tap the Send to Garmin button.

On the Send to Garmin screen, customize the workout. You can choose the Garmin activity type and select which parts of the workout to include.

Tap Schedule workout to send it to your Garmin Connect calendar.

Open the Garmin Connect app on your phone to allow it to sync. The new workout will appear on your dashboard or in your calendar.
Tap the workout, then tap the Send to Device icon (a phone with an arrow) in the top-right corner to sync it to your watch.

On your Garmin watch, press the main activity button to open your list of workout types.
Scroll through the list and select Workouts.

Select Scheduled to view your training calendar.

Choose the workout for today and select Do Workout.

Press the start button to begin the first exercise. The watch will guide you through each step of the session.

For distance-based activities like running, the watch will automatically advance to the next step once you complete the target. For other exercises (like Ski Erg or Burpees), you must press the lap button to manually move to the next step.

When you have completed all steps, a "Workout Complete" message will appear. Follow the prompts to stop and save your activity.

Connecting your Garmin watch provides a seamless way to follow Marchon Training workouts directly from your wrist. This integration allows you to send structured workouts to your device, receive step-by-step guidance during your session, and automatically track key metrics like distance and heart rate without needing to handle your phone.
