How to Log Reps and Weight for an Exercise
Accurately tracking your performance is essential for making consistent progress and getting the most out of your training plan. This guide shows you how to log the repetitions (reps) and weight you lift for each set in your workout. You will need to begin a workout session to perform these actions.
- Once you've started a workout, navigate to the exercise you wish to log.
- Tap on the Weight input field for the first set.
- Use the on-screen number pad to enter the weight you lifted.
- Tap the checkmark icon to the right of the set to confirm it is complete. The app will automatically fill the same weight for the subsequent sets to save you time.
- If your reps or weight differ on the next set, simply tap the corresponding Reps or Weight field to adjust the value.
- Continue tapping the checkmark for each set you complete.
- If you perform an extra set, tap the + Add Set button below your completed sets and enter your performance details.
